Payment methods and execution of the order

When paying via VISA or MASTERCARD, the following information will always be requested: the card number, expiry date, and a Validation Code that coincides with the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus providing increased transaction security guarantees.
This payment method is only valid on the website.
When the amount of a purchase has been either fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of said charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and credit entries will be made as soon as possible for both the supplier and cardholder accounts.

According to the provisions of Article 103 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law on the Protection of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalised, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from said withdrawal.
Refund of payment
The refund of the amounts received by the customer will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise provided.
VS GLOBAL LEADERS FACTORY, SLU may withhold the refund until it has received the product, reason for withdrawal, or until the customer provides proof of its return, depending on which condition is met first.
As regards the provision of services, the refund will be made on the condition that the service has not yet been provided, and if so, only the part of the service that has not been provided will be refunded. In this case, the equivalent of the service already provided will be deducted from the amount initially paid by the customer.
In the event of any unjustified delays for which VS GLOBAL LEADERS FACTORY, SLU is responsible, regarding the refund of the amount paid, the customer may claim double the amount paid, without prejudice to the right to compensation for any damages suffered in excess of this amount.
Jurisdiction

The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the current regulations applicable to the Spanish territory. In the event of any controversy, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction, in compliance with the rules of jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
